The Diaries…

It has been a dream of mine for a very long time to share with you some of the amazing things that I have experienced over the years working in the holistic wellness field. It seems like days are rushed and I don’t get to spend as much time as I would like explaining some of the “unique” things that we do here. This is my way of taking you through the steps of this amazing process that I have worked so hard to develop. I want you to understand why we do the kinds of treatments that we do, what those treatments are and most of all how you can educate yourself in becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself that you can be. So today, I am beyond excited to introduce to you my new blog, The Witch Doctor Diaries!

Now, of course I am not really a witch doctor…I don’t “throw down a chicken foot!” and dance around a campfire. Although, that sounds kinda fun! (minus the chicken foot…ewww) My patients have lovingly given me that name because they are not always sure what the hell I did to them they just know deep down within themselves something has shifted. I can tell you, the treatments that I do are scientifically based and so far from mainstream that it really does require some in depth conversations on what the intention actually is behind each treatment. There is a method to my madness believe it or not.

So my questions to you is, what is the end game here? What is it that we should all be striving for? My desire for each of my patients is for them to be able to live the most authentic version of themselves possible. Your looking at your screen right now wondering what the heck that means. That means that we are all carrying around to varying degrees loads of junk. That junk can consist of numerous combinations of things; environmental toxins, old belief patterns, energetic blockages from trauma or stress, addictions and even old energy patterns passed down our family lineage. The more of this “junk” that you have stashed away inside of yourself the harder it is for you to simply be you.

I believe from the very depths of my soul that all diseases have a common origin. Emotions. Doctors like to call it stress because it makes it seem like something that is beyond your control, but in fact YOU are the only one that truly has any control over your emotions. YOU are the only one that can change the way YOU think. And above and beyond anything else it is YOUR responsibility to take control of your thought processes to change your life, your behaviors and your health.

That sounds like a lot of work doesn’t it? Especially because most people don’t really like change. Change is scary, it carries with it this great fear of the unknown and a whole lot of what if’s? What if I change and I am still unhappy? What if I change and my partner doesn’t love me anymore? What if I try to change and what I find is worse than what I started with? These are all ways of living in a fear based existence. My greatest hope for you and the goal of everything I do is based on helping you find awareness, helping you to break free from the fear. The brain is a tricky trickster. It hides things from you in an attempt to protect you. It does it with the hope that someday you will be in a place where you are stronger with more life experience, a place where you are able to face these emotions and traumas and process them. The problem is, we don’t even understand that is what is happening so the old junk never gets dealt with.

This in a nutshell is what I do…I help you take out the trash. I help you to not only detoxify your body but your mind as well. I hold your hand while you face the scary monsters that are hidden in your closet. Together we break free from the fear. We walk out of the darkness and into the light. That beautiful light changes everything, it brings with it springtime and a chance for a new beginning. It changes our perspectives and gives us a healthier way of looking at ourselves and the world.

It is time to step out of your darkness of physical pain and emotional turmoil. If there are areas of your life that just seem like a constant struggle, know that there is more going on than meets the eye. Your life can truly be a beautiful, effortless existence. All you have to do is let go of the fear and change your perspective. I can’t wait to show you how…
